Submitting this registration form obligates you to a $30 non-refundable deposit. This deposit needs to be turned in within 7 days. If you will not be at College Worship Hour or Real Time in the next 7 days you can mail the deposit to: Campus Impact 6400 South 70th St. Lincoln, NE 68516.
